1. General Terms

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, sportbets reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds.
• If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded; however, specific rules apply for partially completed matches.
• A maximum bet limit may apply for certain matches, which will be indicated next to the odds.
• Sportbets may suspend or void a bet if match fixing or unusual betting patterns are suspected.
• If a connection is lost during live betting, the odds at which the bet was confirmed are considered final.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

The following general terms apply to all sportbets bonuses and promotions. Where a specific bonus has its own terms, those will be listed on the promotion page.

• Registration and verification must be completed before a bonus can be claimed.
• The turnover (rollover/wagering) requirement for each bonus will be specified separately.
• Attempting to withdraw a bonus balance before completing the turnover requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same event against a bonus (arbitrage) will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• The same welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, household, device, or IP address.

Sportbets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Users with active bonuses will be notified in advance.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sportbets platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or any artificial means.
• Betting linked to match manipulation or fixing.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources (money laundering).
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Strategic betting aimed at circumventing bonus turnover requirements.
• Fraudulent activity against other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sportbets will not be held responsible for the following:

• Bets that fail to go through or are delayed due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment systems.
• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device.
• Account access by unauthorized individuals — keeping your password secure is the user's responsibility.
• Force majeure — uncontrollable circumstances such as natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions.

Sportbets always strives to deliver the highest quality service; however, temporary disruptions may occasionally occur due to technical reasons. sportbets is not financially liable for any losses incurred by users in such cases.

8. Changes to Terms & Contact

Sportbets reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised, and users will be notified by email for significant changes.
